If injury or damage is done to the knife through improper use or lack of care, AZCK Ltd. assumes no responsibility and will not replace the damaged product. The original purchased product must be surrendered before replacement product is issued. If we are no longer carrying the product that needs to be replaced, a product of equivalent value in a similar style will be provided.
